These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DeshiRoll ("DeshiRoll", "we", "us" or "our") for the use of the DeshiRoll mobile application, the website deshiroll.softnix.bd and all related services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By downloading the app, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies linked on our website. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are solely responsible for making sure that using the Service, including playing for entry fees and prizes, is lawful where you live. Do not use the Service where it is not permitted.
- You may not use the Service if your account was previously closed by us for breaking these Terms.
2. Your account
- One person may hold only one account. Creating or controlling several accounts, or using someone else's account, is not allowed.
- The information you give us must be true, complete and kept up to date, and the phone number must be your own.
- Keep your password and one-time codes secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without permission.
- Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared.
- We may ask you to verify your identity, your phone number or the ownership of a payment account at any time, especially before a withdrawal.
3. Wallet, balances and bonuses
- Your wallet has a main balance and may have a bonus balance.
- The main balance comes from your verified deposits and the prizes you win, and can be withdrawn under these Terms.
- The bonus balance comes from promotions, welcome rewards or referrals. It can be used to join tables as allowed by the app, but cannot be withdrawn directly. Prizes won are added to your main balance.
- Balances have no value outside the Service, do not earn interest and are not a bank deposit.
- If an amount is credited to your account by mistake or because of a technical error, we may correct it, and you agree not to use it.
4. Deposits
- Deposits are made through the payment methods shown in the app at the time of the deposit. Send money only to the number displayed in the app for your deposit.
- You must enter the correct amount and a valid Transaction ID. A deposit is credited after it is verified. Wrong, duplicate or fraudulent Transaction IDs are rejected.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the app and may change.
- Only use payment accounts that belong to you. Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment accounts is forbidden.
- Payment providers may charge their own fees; these are your responsibility.
5. Withdrawals
- You can request a withdrawal of your main balance to a mobile banking account in your own name.
- The minimum and maximum amounts, daily limits, any withdrawal fee and any minimum number of games required are shown in the app before you confirm.
- The requested amount is reserved from your balance when you submit the request. If we reject a withdrawal, the amount is returned to your balance.
- Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours, but some may take longer, for example on first withdrawals, large amounts, during verification or because of payment provider delays.
- We may delay, refuse or reverse a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, cheating, multiple accounts, payment abuse, a chargeback or a breach of these Terms, or if required by law.
- You are responsible for giving the correct receiving number. We are not responsible for money sent to a wrong number that you provided.
6. Tables, entries and prizes
- Each table shows its entry amount, number of players and prize before you join. A table fee may be kept from the total entries; the prize shown already takes this into account.
- Your entry is taken when you join and is held until the match ends. If a match cannot start or is cancelled by the system, the entry is refunded.
- The winner of a match receives the prize shown for that table. Results are decided by our game server and recorded in your history.
- When not enough real players are available, some tables may be completed with computer-controlled players so that matches can start quickly. Computer players follow exactly the same rules and use the same server dice.
- Private rooms follow the same rules. Custom-amount rooms, where available, use only the main balance and the limits shown in the app.
7. Game rules and fair play
- All dice rolls are generated by our server using a secure random number generator. The app only displays the result.
- Each turn has a time limit. If you run out of time, the game may play automatically for you or skip your turn. If your connection drops, your seat is held for a limited time; after that, the match continues without you.
- Leaving a match early counts as a loss of that match and its entry.
- Results recorded by our server are final, except where we find a technical error, cheating or a breach of these Terms.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, macros, emulators for automation, modified or unofficial versions of the app, or any software that gives an unfair advantage.
- Collude with other players, share information during a match, deliberately lose, or arrange results.
- Create or use multiple accounts, or let others use your account.
- Use stolen, borrowed or fraudulent payment methods, or make false payment claims or chargebacks.
- Exploit bugs or errors instead of reporting them.
- Hack, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, our servers or other players.
- Harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate other players, our staff or DeshiRoll.
- Use offensive, misleading or illegal names or avatars.
- Use the Service for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
9. Our rights in case of violations
If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may, depending on how serious it is: warn you; cancel or reverse match results, bonuses or prizes; hold or remove balances obtained unfairly; limit features; suspend or permanently close your account; and report the matter to the competent authorities. Where the law allows, verified deposits that were not obtained through misconduct will be returned after deductions for losses we suffered.
10. Promotions, bonuses and referrals
- Promotions, bonuses and referral rewards have their own conditions shown in the app or announcement, and may be changed or ended at any time.
- Rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral, abuse or fraud will be removed.
- Each promotion may be claimed only once per person, household, device or payment account unless stated otherwise.
11. Responsible gaming
Play for entertainment and only with money you can afford to lose. You can contact us at any time to request a temporary or permanent block of your account. Please read our Responsible Gaming page.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including the app, game design, graphics, logos, names, sounds and software, is owned by or licensed to DeshiRoll and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
13. Availability, updates and changes
- We may update, change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance or security.
- You may need to install the latest app version to keep playing. Older versions may stop working.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
14. Account closure
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Please withdraw your main balance before closing it; see our Delete Your Account page.
- We may close inactive accounts or accounts that break these Terms as described above.
- Sections that by their nature should survive closure (such as payment obligations, limitation of liability and dispute provisions) remain in effect.
15. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Results of games depend on chance and the decisions of players; we do not promise any winnings.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DeshiRoll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, your internet connection, payment providers, events outside our reasonable control, or your failure to keep your account secure. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of your main balance at the time of the claim, or the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the claim, whichever is lower.
17. Indemnity
You agree to compensate DeshiRoll for any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Complaints and disputes
- If you have a complaint, contact our support team first with your registered phone number and full details. We will investigate and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
- Our records of matches, transactions and account activity will be used to resolve disputes.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved with our support team, it will be settled by the competent courts of the place where DeshiRoll is operated, unless the law where you live gives you a different mandatory right.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and important changes will also be announced in the app. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.
20. General
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
- If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Service.
- These Terms, together with the policies linked on our website, are the entire agreement between you and DeshiRoll about the Service.
