You can permanently delete your DeshiRoll account at any time.
How to request deletion
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp, Telegram or by e-mail at support@deshiroll.com.
- Send the phone number registered on your account.
- We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 7 days.
Before you delete
- Withdraw any remaining main balance first. Balances cannot be recovered after deletion.
- Bonus balance is removed with the account.
What we delete
Your profile, phone number, e-mail and game history are deleted. Payment records required by law may be kept for the legal period and then removed.
