This policy explains how money moves in and out of your DeshiRoll wallet.
Deposits
- Send money only to the number shown in the app at the time of your deposit.
- Enter the correct Transaction ID. Wrong or reused IDs are rejected.
- Verified deposits are added to your main balance.
Withdrawals
- You can withdraw your main balance to your own bKash or Nagad number.
- Minimum and maximum amounts and any fee are shown in the app before you confirm.
- Most withdrawals are sent within a few hours; some need extra verification.
Bonus balance
Bonus balance can be used to play but cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings are added to your main balance.
Refunds
- If a match is cancelled by the system, your entry is returned automatically.
- A rejected withdrawal is returned to your balance immediately.
- Entries for completed matches are not refundable.

Contact support@deshiroll.com with your phone number and Transaction ID. We usually reply within 24 hours.
